Privacy policy

The short version: I only collect what you type into the quote form or send me directly. I use it to get back to you about your website, and that's it. I don't sell it or share it for marketing. The only cookies here are analytics cookies, and only if you say yes.

Who I am

Qvijada Digital is a one-person web design business run by Mike Quijada in Rialto, California. If you have a question about your information, call or text (909) 955-5477 or email qvijada@gmail.com.

What I collect

  • From the quote form: your name, phone number, what you need, which option you're interested in, anything you tell me about your business, your budget range, and whether you were reading in English or Spanish.
  • If you call, text, or email me: your number or email address and whatever you send.
  • Automatically: basic technical details any website receives, like your IP address, browser type, and the page you visited. I don't use this to identify you.

How I use it

To reply to your request, talk about your project, and, if you hire me, build and look after your website. I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing texts.

Services that help run this site

A few outside companies handle parts of this site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

  • Formspree delivers the quote form to my email.
  • Google (Gmail) is where your message ends up.
  • Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits so I know how many people see the site. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you to other websites.
  • Google Analytics shows me how people use the site: which pages they visit and whether they tap to call, text, or send the quote form. It only sets cookies if you tap Accept. Otherwise Google gets cookie-free signals only. I've turned off Google's advertising features, so none of this is used to show you ads.

I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, and only after you tap Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. Your answer is saved in your browser (local storage) so I don't ask again. You can change it any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. There are no ad pixels and no tracking across other sites.

Privacy signals: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, I treat it as "No thanks" and don't ask. Since the site doesn't track you across other websites, a Do Not Track signal doesn't change anything else.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your quote request within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep what I need to do the work and for my tax records.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Just call, text, or email me using the details above and I'll take care of it within 30 days.

Kids

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
